We take care of the acquisition, commissioning and possible migration of data from other software. We also provide the necessary user guidance.

The service consists of the following components

Acquisition and commissioning of software

We help you determine and obtain the necessary licenses, and take care of software commissioning from start to finish.

Workstation application installations

If necessary, we will take care of the software installation on the workstations and make sure everything works as it should.

Possible data migration from other software

We help our clients with, e.g., migrating emails from the old system to the new one, thus the commissioning of Office 365 is carefree for the user.

  • Creation of users and distribution lists
  • Creation of shared mailboxes
  • Migration of mailboxes from the old system to the new one
  • Definition of mobile device data security policies
  • Configuration of spam filters

The service does not include the installation of Microsoft Office (Outlook) and missing updates.

  • Need for file management/versioning.
  • At present, the respective functionalities have been compiled from different software from a number of operators and they are to be harmonized.
