Server maintenance consists of the following modules

Support

We respond to alarms, for example, when disk space is full or the server is down. We investigate the malfunction of the application due to the server. If necessary, we add more resources to the virtual machine. Does not include server user administration or configuration works, such as network sharing, application installation, virtual machine building, or server roles installation. Available for Windows, Linux and platform servers.

Maintenance

We provide the necessary updates at a pre-agreed time to minimize unexpected downtime and resulting issues. The starting point is that there is no downtime during working hours. We regularly check the status of the servers: disk space, processor, memory, event log deviations and updates. Continuous reporting is at the client’s disposal.

Monitoring

We monitor server activity and resource usage in real time. Alarms come directly to Triuvare IT support, where the problem will be resolved within the agreed response time and service model. Available for Windows, Linux and platform servers.

Application monitoring

We monitor the operation of the server application; Depending on the application, it may include, for example, monitoring the application’s service or database operation. Alarms come directly to Triuvare IT support, where the problem will be resolved within the agreed response time. Available for Windows and Linux servers.

Manual operations

Additional service for server maintenance. Enables, for example, Linux server upgrades or abnormal upgrade schedules for Windows servers, and the ability to manually launch certain applications after a server reboot.

Test recovery

We make a test recovery of client backups. In principle, the recovery is made on a single server. Includes one test recovery per month and, when possible, ensuring the integrity of the file being restored. Available for Huoleton Backup (Windows server) and Veeam products.

Platform server

We update the platform server once a month at a pre-agreed time during off-hours and provide information on service downtime. Updates are installed whenever they are available. Does not include monitoring of platform server status.  Available for Hyper-V and ESXi.

NAS maintenance

We monitor device activity and resource usage in real time. Alarms come directly to Triuvare IT support, where the problem will be resolved within the agreed response time and service model. Includes automatic updates to the NAS software and operating system. Available for the most common NASs in use.

NAS support

We respond to alarms, for example, when disk failure occurs, disk space is full or the NAS services fail. Does not include configuration tasks, such as disk sharing configuration. Available for the most common NASs in use.

 

Pricing

The service consists of modules, of which the client can purchase what they need.

Huoleton Premium service includes all modules. Application monitoring is included for one application and test recovery for one server.

Server maintenance is first and foremost preventative work: installing updates, checking, backups, antivirus, and monitoring.

Optimal operation of the server environment prevents downtime and reduces long-term maintenance and repair costs. Server maintenance is requires on both your own in-house servers as well as outsourced virtual servers. Thus, a server located in another provider’s data centre is not a problem.
